This curriculum represents a beginner-level English program designed for young learners with diverse learning needs. It focuses on building foundational communication skills through structured, multi-sensory, and student-centered instruction. The curriculum emphasizes inclusivity, confidence-building, and meaningful language use, ensuring that all learners can participate and succeed regardless of their background or abilities.
Through carefully sequenced units, clear learning goals, and performance-based tasks, the program supports students in developing basic English for real-life communication. This work reflects my approach to teaching, which prioritizes accessibility, engagement, and creating a supportive learning environment where every student feels capable and valued.
English for legal purposes
This curriculum was developed collaboratively with my TESOL cohort, combining our different experiences and perspectives to create a meaningful and effective learning design.
